任职要求：
1.三年以上复杂系统集成经验，有科学仪器控制经验者优先；
2.跨语言调用：精通Python ctypes/cffi，有大量调用 C++/C# DLL 动态链接库的实战经验，必须能看懂 C 语言头文件（.h文件）；
3.异步编程：必须精通asyncio，需要必须实现非阻塞等待；
4.深入理解Modbus TCP/RTU协议，熟悉TCP/IP 编程，理解 RS485/以太网物理链路，能解决通讯冲突和掉线重连问题；
5.标准理解：熟悉gRPC和Protocol Buffers（SiLA 2 的底层），有符合标准化协议（如 SiLA, OPC UA）开发经验。
