3、产线全流程落地：负责算法模型从研发到产线的转化，涵盖开发、验证、优化及长期维护
二、任职要求
1、本科及以上学历，计算机、数学、统计等相关专业，5年以上经验；
2、编程语言：精通 Python，熟练运用 Pandas、NumPy 等数据处理库，掌握 Sklearn、TensorFlow/PyTorch 等机器学习框架。
3、大数据生态：熟悉 Hadoop 分布式存储原理，熟练操作 Hive 数据仓库建模、Spark 大数据计算，能高效处理 TB 级数据。
4、数据库与调优：精通 SQL，擅长索引优化、查询计划分析，能解决金融场景下高并发、复杂查询的性能瓶颈。
5、模型经验：有深度学习模型调优实战经验，熟悉决策树、随机森林、XGBoost 等算法；
6、参与过大模型研发优先。
