岗位职责：
1、负责AI驱动型产品的后端架构设计与核心开发，基于Java技术栈（Spring Boot、Spring Cloud）构建微服务体系，实现服务的高可用、高并发与可扩展，支撑前端交互与AI模型推理需求。
2、主导AI相关服务模块开发，包括大模型API（GPT、文心一言等）的后端集成与封装、RAG系统知识库管理接口、多模态数据（文本、向量）的存储与检索服务、模型推理任务的异步调度等。
3、负责后端数据层设计与优化，对接关系型数据库（MySQL）、非关系型数据库（MongoDB）及向量数据库（Milvus、Pinecone），优化AI场景下的海量数据查询、高并发请求处理性能，保障数据一致性与安全性。
4、参与AI产品后端技术方案选型，评估AI工具（如LangChain Java SDK）的集成可行性，制定服务容错、熔断、降级策略，搭建完善的监控告警体系，提升系统稳定性与鲁棒性。
5、与前端开发、算法工程师、产品经理紧密协作，定义清晰的接口规范，推动跨团队需求落地，配合测试工程师完成接口测试、性能测试及问题修复，保障产品研发进度。

岗位要求：
1、本科及以上学历，计算机相关专业，精通Java语言；扎实掌握JVM原理、集合框架、并发编程，深入理解Spring Boot、Spring Cloud等微服务框架的设计思想与实践应用。
2、架构与开发能力：具备微服务架构设计与开发经验，熟悉分布式系统理论（CAP、一致性算法）；熟练掌握数据库优化、缓存技术（Redis）、消息中间件（RabbitMQ/Kafka）的使用与调优，能解决高并发场景下的技术瓶颈。
3、AI关联能力：了解机器学习基础流程，熟悉至少一种大模型API对接经验，有RAG系统、智能对话平台后端开发经验者优先；熟悉向量数据库使用或LangChain等AI开发框架者优先。
4、软素质：具备优秀的系统问题排查与性能优化能力，能快速定位分布式系统中的复杂问题；良好的跨团队沟通协作意识，责任心强，对AI技术与后端开发的融合有浓厚兴趣，学习能力突出。
