2. 对接业务分析师、客户，深度梳理业务需求与真实诉求
3. 编写自动化测试用例，覆盖所有交付功能
4. 全程参与 Scrum 敏捷会议：迭代规划、需求梳理、站会、复盘总结
5. 严格遵循开发实践与团队规范开展工作
6. 负责新人带教；依托内部知识平台 EIS Stack Overflow 答疑、沉淀技术问题
7. 完整参与软件研发全生命周期，协同团队达成整体项目目标
