【职责描述】
1、负责移动平台软件框架的研究、设计和实现、关键技术选型等工作；
2、配合产品、后端、测试等团队完成产品的持续优化和改进；
3、负责编写开发文档、技术资料、经验分享等工作；
4、学习和研究移动产品研发的各种新技术，并进行创新及应用；
5、负责开发团队技术培养、组织管理，指导团队成员高效工作，对移动端质量和体验负责;
【任职要求】
1、计算机类相关专业本科及以上学历；
2、至少5年以上Android开发经验，对代码有要求、代码质量高、能够独立解决项目中较复杂的问题；
3、熟悉Cordova、React Native、Weex、Flutter 等开发技术，熟悉移动端混合开发技术；
3、熟悉Android开发环境，熟练掌握Android常用API的使用，熟悉常用的数据结构与设计模式；
4、熟悉多线程并发处理，熟悉Android下线程与线程、进程与进程的通信机制；
5、对Android程序性能优化、内存优化具有一定的经验；
6、有良好的团队合作精神、高度的责任心、较强的自我管理能力及自驱力，可承受一定的工作压力；
7、有主导过知名度或日活跃较高App开发经验者优先考虑。
