4、熟悉MYSQL数据库，具有数据库设计和编程经验，有SQL性能优化经验及MYSQL服务器调优经历；
5、熟悉使用svn，git等版本管理工具；
6、有分布式架构、SOA、SaaS等部署经历优先；
7、有参与开源项目的经验或能提供自己的Github者优先个大规模Web项目的开发经验；
8、熟悉软件设计流程和软件工程规范，具备良好而规范的设计和技术文档编写能力；
9、能够高效高质独立完成项目的代码部署、开发测试等工作，能够参与功能策划、系统设计；
10、能够对Java方面的业务及技术专业知识给予初中级员工相关指导培训；
11、具备一定技术攻关能力，具备解决项目中关键难题的能力。
