岗位职责
1、深入理解所在领域行业知识，将业务需求转化为合理的技术实现方案，保障技术与业务深度融合；
2、处理复杂功能模块的编码实现、单元测试与集成测试；
3、攻克项目中的技术难点与疑难问题，针对系统性能、稳定性、安全性等方面进行优化迭代；
4、提供技术指导与代码评审，辅导初级 / 中级工程师成长，提升团队代码质量与开发效率；
5、具备较强的技术筹划能力，参与项目技术路线规划、资源评估与风险预判
【任职要求】
1、6年以上开发经验；
2、精通并熟练运用主流开发语言(Java/Shell),熟练掌握主流关系数据库(MySQL/PG)、NoSQL数据库(Redis/MongoDB)、消息队列(RabbitMQ/Kafka/MQTT)、操作系统(Window/Linux)；
3、熟练掌握国产关系型数据库（DM/KingbaseES/GaussDB）、NoSQL数据库（StarRocks）、分布式数据库（Polar/TD）、国产操作系统（麒麟/欧拉/统信）；
4、具有较强的系统设计能力，能独立完成数据库设计和性能优化；
5、具有较强的技术筹划能力、技术指导能力和处理疑难问题的能力；
6、具有较强的沟通能力，并能够推进软件开发过程改进；
7、深入了解某一领域的行业知识；
8、可独立完成复杂功能模块，可带领3-4人团队。
