岗位职责:
1. 参与医疗AI系统的系统架构设计与核心功能开发，负责关键模块的代码实现与技术方案落地。
2. 负责后端服务的设计、开发与性能优化，保障系统在高并发场景下的稳定性、可扩展性与安全性。
3. 参与AI智能体（Agent）、大模型应用服务的研发。
4. 负责医疗系统与第三方平台（如HIS、LIS、EMR、互联网医院平台等）的接口对接与系统集成。
5. 参与技术架构设计与优化，包括微服务架构、分布式系统治理、数据检索与缓存策略优化。
6. 协同团队完成系统集成、测试与部署。
7. 根据业务需求完成相关技术文档的编写与维护。
任职要求：
1. 硕士及以上学历，计算机相关专业，有Java后端开发经验，有医疗信息化或AI应用开发经验者优先。
2. 熟练掌握 Java技术栈，具备扎实的编程基础，熟悉常见设计模式及良好的代码规范。
3. 熟悉主流开发框架，如 Spring Boot / Spring Cloud / MyBatis / spring ai 等，具备微服务系统开发经验。
4. 熟悉常见中间件及分布式技术，如 Redis、Kafka/RabbitMQ、Nacos、Gateway、Docker等。
5. 熟悉数据库设计与性能优化，具备MySQL / PostgreSQL / 向量数据库（如pgvector）等使用经验。
6. 具备 AI应用开发经验，了解大模型应用架构、RAG检索增强生成、Agent智能体框架或相关技术者优先。
7. 有医疗系统对接经验者优先。
8. 具备良好的系统分析能力、技术钻研能力及团队协作意识。
9.有算法研究经验者优先。
