职位描述:
1、从事AI芯片DSP固件开发及PLD/FPGA验证工作，负责芯片Pre-Silicon/Post-Silicon系统DSP软件验证
2、负责基于 CEVA DSP（NeuPro 系列）的固件开发、调试与优化，实现从算法到固件的交付
3、参与芯片SOC驱动和固件开发，基于芯片特性，负责异构多核操作系统维护和应用程序底层支持和优化
4、负责CEVA DSP工具链（如CEVA-Toolbox）环境搭建、高效部署和性能分析
5、参与芯片验证/测试系统设计方案及开发，负责完成芯片硅前和硅后软件测试验收
职位要求:
1、大专及以上学历，计算机/电子相关专业，拥有5年以上DSP嵌入式开发工作经验
2、有软硬件调试实际项目的经验，能够独立开发代码并持续维护项目
3、熟悉CEVA DSP或类似SIMD/VLIW架构（至少一种 DSP，例如 CEVA、Cadence、TI 等），有嵌入式DSP或VPU平台经验
4、良好英文文档阅读、团队沟通能力，有与国际IP/原厂对接经验加分
5、有NPU/CPU/DPU/GPU等芯片固件开发和系统软件开发经验者优先。
6、输出清晰的技术文档、BSP 说明、性能报告以及交付固件包
