2. 根据产品需求，设计技术方案，结合代码质量工具完成代码开发和自测，确保产品高质量交付；
任职资格：
学历：全日制大专以上。工作年限：3年以上。
1. 具有出色的编程能力, 了解堆栈，线程进程等操作系统概念，了解数据结构、常用算法的常见概念；
2. 熟悉Python或C/C++，了解语音算法的处理流程，具有一定的语音数据处理、语音算法项目经验；
3. 具备严谨的思维逻辑，良好的学习能力和自驱力，有良好的沟通协作和团队合作能力；
4. 严谨的工作态度，以结果为导向，以过程为重点。
