【岗位职责】
1、负责核心业务系统的后端架构设计与开发，保障系统的高可用、高性能、高扩展性；

【岗位要求】
1、计算机相关专业本科及以上学历，5 年及以上 Java 后端开发经验；
2、精通 Java 编程语言，熟悉 Spring、Spring Boot、MyBatis 等主流框架；
3、熟悉分布式系统设计、微服务架构，理解 CAP 理论、RPC、服务治理等概念；
4、熟练使用 Redis、Kafka、MySQL、MongoDB 等中间件和数据库；
熟悉 CI/CD、自动化测试、容器化（如 Docker/K8s）相关开发流程；
5、有良好的编码习惯、文档能力和系统性问题分析能力；
6、具备强烈的责任心、团队协作和沟通能力，有技术视野和主导项目的能力。
7、有微服务拆分落地、系统重构实战经验；
8、熟悉 DevOps 流程、云原生相关技术（如 Spring Cloud Alibaba 等)
