一、岗位职责
参与后端核心业务系统、微服务架构设计、开发与迭代，保证高并发、高可用、高稳定。
参与需求分析、技术方案设计、接口定义、数据库设计与性能优化。
主导复杂问题排查、线上故障定位、系统瓶颈调优，保障服务稳定运行。
负责代码规范、Code Review、技术沉淀，提升团队研发质量与效率。
配合架构师推进技术升级、中间件落地、服务治理与安全规范。
二、任职要求
本科及以上学历，计算机相关专业， 2 年以上 Java 后端开发经验。
精通 Java 基础、JVM 原理、多线程并发、NIO、集合、反射、类加载机制。
熟练使用 Spring Boot/Spring Cloud/MyBatis/Redis/MQ 等主流技术栈。
深入理解微服务架构：服务拆分、RPC、网关、配置中心、注册发现、熔断限流、链路追踪。
熟练使用 MySQL、Oracle 等数据库，具备 SQL 优化、索引优化、事务与分库分表经验。
熟悉 Linux 常用命令、Docker 容器化、CI/CD 流程，有实际部署运维经验。
数据结构与算法扎实，具备良好的系统设计、问题排查与推动落地能力。
三、加分项
有高并发、大数据、电商、支付、中间件、云原生等项目经验优先。
熟悉 Elasticsearch、MongoDB、ShardingSphere、Seata、Sentinel 等组件。
有技术方案编写、技术分享、开源贡献、性能调优实战经验。
具备跨团队协作能力，能独立负责复杂模块或系统。
