岗位职责:

1.分析并处理EBS系统运维问题，并出具解决方案

1.1针对EBS系统日常运维产生的问题，记录并剖析原因，提供解决或优化思路与方法，保障系统高效平稳运行。

1.2针对日常问题进行文档及知识库管理，建立EBS系统标准化知识体系，编写并更新系统手册，输出成果物。

1.3监控系统潜在问题隐患，包括但不限于系统性能、易用性等方面，及时跟进优化，做到防患于未然。

2.收集并评估系统需求，并出具设计方案及功能交付

2.1针对业财提出需求从业务和系统层面进行分析评估可行性，并与业财人员进行需求调研沟通，出具需求解决方案，并进行需求全生命周期的跟进管理。

2.2出具需求方案设计文档，指导技术完成需求开发，参与功能测试，组织用户UAT测试，完成需求功能交付。

2.3根据华润医商发展战略调整或外部政策调整，结合华润医商业财现状以及行业特性，及时跟进掌握相关业态调整情况以及系统应对思路。

任职要求：

1. 本科及以上学历

2. EBS实施或产品经历

3. 工作经验5-10年
