3、针对股票交易系统的高并发、低延迟需求，进行 Java 代码优化、JVM 调优、数据库性能优化，保障系统在交易时段的稳定性和响应速度
4、参与系统迭代升级，根据业务需求完成功能开发与版本发布，编写详细的开发文档和测试用例
5、参与技术评审会议，分享技术方案，提出风险点及解决方案，确保系统设计的合理性和可行性

任职要求：

1、统招本科3-5工作经验，计算机相关专业，
2、有大型分布式系统设计经验。
3、有百万级/QPS 级别业务性能优化经验。
4、熟悉 ES、ClickHouse、Flink、Doris、HBase 等大数据技术栈优先。
5、有容器化（Docker/K8s）与 DevOps 实践经验。
