岗位职责：
1、负责陪伴类机器人APP应用开发（基于Android/鸿蒙/iOS平台），包括但不限于用户界面、交互设计、视觉效果、用户操作、机器人控制等开发工作，实现流畅、有温度的用户体验。
2、保障 APP 功能完善及稳定性，优化启动速度、交互延迟及内存占用等问题，适配机器人硬件接口，实现数据同步、动作控制指令下发、OTA 升级等联动逻辑，适配不同机型与系统版本。
3、参与需求分析，协同产品经理优化交互逻辑，与硬件、后端、算法团队协作，完成 API 设计、数据流转架构搭建及联调测试，保障 “APP - 云端 - 机器人” 全链路通畅。
4、制定自动化测试方案，覆盖核心功能与边缘场景，降低线上故障率，主导性能调优与用户反馈问题修复。

任职要求：
1、本科及以上学历，计算机、软件工程等相关专业；3 年以上移动 APP 开发经验（至少Android平台经验，拥有鸿蒙、iOS等跨平台经验更佳），有陪伴机器人、虚拟数字人或 IoT 设备配套 APP 开发经验者优先。
2、精通主流APP开发框架，了解后端开发与数据库优化，能独立完成前后端联调。熟悉机器人系统、多模态交互、大模型调用等相关领域知识和业务流程者优先。
3、具备用户思维，能平衡技术实现与情感化体验需求；可高效对接产品、算法及硬件团队，优秀的跨团队沟通能力，强责任心，能应对快速迭代节奏。
