教育大专以上学历证书酒店管理或市场营销证书优先考虑但不要求能力要求:   1. 协助市场销售副总监实现会议室的业务目标和收入目标。 2. 了解市场趋势和行为包括政治、经济和社会问题。3.  有能力领导、指导和发展小组成员的能力。 4.  良好的语言组织和表达能力。经验要求1. 5年以上酒店行业市场销售的工作经验其中2年以上连锁品牌酒店工作经验。2. 较强的人际沟通能力 主动、自信的与客户建立关系。Education:           ·          College Bacheldegree above  (Preferred but not required) Certification:         Majin hotel management marketing (Preferred but not required) Competencies:   Assist the Assistant Directof Sales & Marketing in achieving the room’s business objectives revenue goals.   Knowledge of market trends behaviincluding political, economic social issues.   Ability to lead, to provide guidance to develop the sub-team member.   Good skills ofganization presentation.  Experience:                       Minimum 1Minimum 5 years experience in sales marketing function in the hospitality industry, including 2 years in Chain brhotels.Other:   Strong interpersonal communication skills; aggressive; initiative; self-confident; established relationship with commercial industry customers.
