工作职责：
1参与业务需求沟通，理解产品功能需求，根据系统设计按时完成开发任务，确保代码质量
2、负责前端架构（qiankun）设计，制定前端开发规范，技术选型等工作，负责关键技术问题的攻关。
3、与UI设计师、产品设计师沟通，参与产品前端交互设计，参与将UI效果图精确转化为静态页面。
4、与后台开发工程师协作制定接口规范，完成各种数据交互、动态信息展现和用户的互动。
5、利用各种Web技术实现web产品的交互效果，并进行各项性能的调优，包括PC网站、H5页面、微信公众号、小程序、APP等。
6、配合测试部门进行BUG修复和系统优化。
7、负责指导其他前端人员工作，并定期或不定期做技术分享，提升团队整体前端能力。管理和提升前端代码质量。
8、完成公司领导交办的其它工作。
任职要求：
1. 详细了解网页浏览器兼容问题，并且有独立处理问题能力。
2. 熟练vue3或three.js、react、webpack、npm、node.js、git等开发工具，独立搭建开发环境。
3.具备微前端架构能力，比如：qinkun
4. 有较强的学习能力，对于新的技术，能够对照官方文档快速上手。
5. 软件工程或计算机等相关专业，统招本科学历，三年以上工作经验。
6. 了解 AI 大模型的基本原理、架构和常见的应用场景，如自然语言处理、图像识别等，对 AGI、RAG、LLM 等概念有一定的认识；
