岗位职责
1、制定并执行环保、健康和安全政策和程序，确保公司活动符合法律法规；
2、定期检查公司的环境、健康和安全情况，并提供改进建议；
3、组织开展环境、健康和安全培训，提高员工的安全意识和技能；
4、及时处理事故和紧急情况，防止类似事故再次发生；
5、负责制定和维护公司的安全技术标准和操作规程；
6、定期检查公司的安全设施和设备，确保其正常运行；
7、进行事故调查和处理，制定整改措施；
8、易制毒、易制爆化学品管理。
任职要求
1、要求大专及以上学历，安全工程、环境工程、化学工程、机械工程等相关专业背景优先；
2、具备扎实的工业安全、消防安全、环境健康等专业知识，熟悉安全法律法规、行业标准及国际安全管理理念；
3、拥有10年以上安全生产管理或相关领域工作经验，有大型企业或高风险行业（如化工、石油、建筑等）安全管理经验者更佳；
4、参与过安全风险评估、事故调查、应急预案制定与执行等实际工作，熟悉安全管理流程与工具；
5、持有国家注册安全工程师证书优先考虑。
