岗位要求
1. 本科及以上学历，计算机、软件工程等相关专业，3 年以上 Python 后端开发经验，有 AI 应用开发经验优先；
2. 精通 FastAPI/Django 等 Python 后端框架，熟悉 RESTful API 设计规范，能独立设计并开发高可用的后端系统；
3. 熟悉大模型 API 开发、RAG 系统后端架构，了解向量数据库、任务调度系统的使用与开发；
4. 精通 MySQL、Redis、MongoDB 等数据库的使用与优化，具备扎实的数据库设计能力；
5. 熟悉 Linux 系统操作、Docker 容器化部署，具备良好的代码规范与工程化能力，能独立完成系统的开发、部署与运维。
