（一）岗位职责
1．负责人力资源相关软件系统的二次开发与实施；
2．根据业务需求进行系统模块的技术文档编写及设计；
3．准确理解需求，能独立完成代码编写，确保性能、质量和安全；
4．能独立完成系统疑难问题定位、性能优化。
（二）任职条件
1. 本科及以上，计算机软件或相关专业，具有3年以上python开发工作经验；
2. 具备扎实的计算机专业理论基础，包括算法和数据结构、操作系统、计算机网络、数据库等；
3. 精通python、java等后端编程语言；熟悉vue、react等前端技术架构，熟练应用HTML\HTML5、CSS、JS、JQuery等前端技术；
4. 具有基于国产化软硬件环境（银河麒麟、openEuler、达梦DB、高斯DB、东方通等）进行开发及测试能力；
5. 熟悉mysql、oracle、SQL Server等关系型数据库，了解redis，熟练掌握sql语法，熟悉事务机制，以及熟悉数据库优化；熟悉Linux操作系统。
6. 具有央企人力公司产品相关开发及实施经验者优先；
7. 良好的沟通能力，学习能力及较强的团队精神；
8. 熟悉人力资源项目，做过浪潮项目背景*好，优先录用。
