岗位职责：
负责公司业务系统数据提取清洗整合，围绕公司核心业务场景开展多维度数据分析，输出分析结果支撑决策，搭建维护数据仓库，实现数据互通，保障数据系统稳定，推动数据管理体系智能化升级。
任职要求：
1.本科及以上学历，计算机科学与技术、统计学、生物信息学、数学等相关专业；
2.精通SQL语言，熟练掌握关系型数据库（如SQLServer、Oracle），具备数据库设计与优化能力。
3.掌握Python/R等数据分析工具，熟悉Pandas、NumPy等数据分析库，能够独立完成数据处理与建模工作。
4.具备数据可视化能力，熟练使用Tableau、Power BI或FineBI等工具，能设计直观易懂的报表与看板。
5.了解数据仓库、ETL流程及大数据技术（如Hadoop、Spark）优先，有数据开发项目经验者优先。
6.具备良好的逻辑思维能力，能够快速定位业务问题并通过数据分析提出解决方案。
7.有较强的沟通协调能力，能与上级领导、业务部门、技术团队高效协作，准确理解需求并反馈分析结果。
8.工作严谨细致，有责任心，能够承受一定的工作压力，具备独立解决问题的能力。
9.3年及以上同类型行业的工作经验，有IVD行业或医疗信息化从业经验者优先。
