1、负责组织并实施产品中图像识别软件的方案设计、开发及调试等工作；
2、负责落实完成生产和市场中图像识别软件质量问题的改进和维护；
3、负责跟踪前沿研究成果，持续优化现有图像识别算法，提升识别性能；
4、负责组织管理开发项目的技术文件、产品标准、检验标准的编制、发布与培训；
5、负责领导交办的其他工作。
任职要求：
1、硕士及以上学历，数学、计算机、人工智能相关专业；
2、3-5年及以上医学图像算法研发经验，病理AI图像算法研发经验者优先；
3、精通深度学习、机器学习、模式识别等核心算法，了解大模型相关技术，熟练掌握CNN、RNN、Transformer等主流网络架构，能够针对医学图像特点进行算法创新与优化；
4、精通Python、C++等至少两种编程语言，具备扎实的代码功底和良好的编程规范，能够高效实现算法并进行调试优化；
5、熟练掌握至少一种主流深度学习框架，如PyTorch、TensorFlow，熟悉框架的底层原理与高级特性；
6、熟悉OpenCV等图像处理库，能够进行医学图像的预处理、增强、特征提取等操作。
