职位描述
职责：
1、负责面向核电、电力能源企业进行ERP系统、EAM系统的需求分析和设计工作；
2、面向一线客户进行需求调研与分析活动，按照项目需求工程进行需求活动；
3、基于Togaf架构进行业务流程L0-L5级流程分析与设计，交付架构师设计文档；
4、编写软件需求规格说明书、绘制系统demo原型图；需求基线管理、需求变更管理；
5、指导与培训开发人员进行软件功能开发；
6、系统集成测试与功能验证活动；
7、其他项目负责人安排的工作。
要求：
1.本科及以上学历，从事产品经理岗位4年以上。
2.熟悉能源行业设备资产管理、工单管理、供应链、HSE管理等相关领域；
3.具备较强的沟通能力，包括语言沟通、文字沟通、文档编写能力；
4.具有独立产品功能规划和设计能力，熟练使用Axure工具，能规范编写需求说明书和产品设计文档。
5.具备2个ERP、EAM领域项目案例，具备SAP pm或者Maximo系统实施案例经验者优先；
6、团队协作、爱岗敬业，具备抗压能力。
