岗位职责：
1、日常审批：事业线财务BP支持，负责运营部门相关系统、合同、流程、制度审批及规范，日常业务以及新业务的财务支持和问题处理，提供财务解决方案；
2、管报分析：每月对经营状况，收入或成本费用出具分析报告，对重点项目进行复盘，拆解驱动指标，通过数据分析发现公司经营过程中的痛点、难点，并跟踪改善，优化方案，降本增效；
3、预算编制与执行：协助业务部门进行年度预算编制工作，确保符合战略目标，监控预算执行情况，及时发现偏差并提出改进建议；参与业务部门的绩效考核，提供财务数据支持，确保业务目标的达成；
4、业务支持和风险管控：与业务部门保持紧密沟通，了解业务需求，提供及时的财务支持和服务；识别业务部门的财务风险，提出风险控制措施，确保业务运营的合规性；
5、流程流优及专项分析：跟进所负责业务线全流程并不断优化流程，提升业财效率，与业务部门良好沟通，识别成本动因并完成项目收入或成本核算的分析工作，定期出具项目分析报告；
6、信息化建设:协助领导财务中台二期项目（管报、看板及分析线上化）系统推进，协同IT及业务的数据准确完整及联动性，确保数据的系统功能满足业务与财务的融合需求。
任职要求：
1、大专及以上学历，财经相关专业，有物流行业、财务BP经验者优先；
2、3年以上财务工作经验，熟练使用各种办公软件，如excel/word/ppt等；
3、良好的业务理解能力，优秀的沟通能力，良好的团队协作能力，具备一定的抗压能力。
