岗位职责:
1、负责生物药制剂车间无菌配液、灌装、冻干、包装等全流程现场质量监督，重点管控无菌操作、人员更衣、物料转运等关键环节，纠正现场违规操作；
2、核查批生产 / 检验记录的实时填写规范性，管控中间产品、成品的标识与流转，防范交叉污染、混淆风险，保障生产过程可追溯；
3、执行国际 cGMP 及 NMPA 法规要求，监督车间 SOP 和工艺规程的现场执行，参与工艺验证、设备验证的现场监督，协助整理验证相关资料；
4、现场发现质量异常、偏差时及时上报，参与偏差调查，跟踪 CAPA 执行及闭环等车间GMP质量管理工作；
5、起草/整理现场 QA 相关 SOP、质量记录等文件，做好文件归档；开展车间员工 cGMP、无菌操作等基础质量培训，协同生产、QC 等部门推进现场质量改进；
6、上级交办的临时性事务。
任职要求:
1、本科及以上学历，药学、生物工程、制药工程、微生物学等相关专业；
2、2年及以上生物药GMP生产现场 QA 工作经验，了解生物药无菌制剂生产流程者优先；
3、掌握生物药无菌生产基本规范、环境监控等核心知识点，熟悉国际 cGMP 及制药行业相关质量法规，具备基础的合规意识；
4、具备熟练的英文口语沟通能力，熟练使用 Office 办公软件，能阅读、书写英文技术资料；
5、原则性强、严谨细致，有基本的质量风险识别能力，掌握偏差处理、风险评估的基本方法；
6、具备良好的沟通协调和应急处理能力，能适应车间现场工作。
