 The SeniSales Manager performs his/her duties within the framework defined by the chain hotel norms by internal regulations as specified by the Directof Sales.

 Control customer database mailing list ensure it updated constantly.
控制客户的信息库和通讯名录并保证不断更新。
 Maintain existing business develop new accounts.
保持现有客户并发展新的客户。
 Maintain good business relationship with all producers.
同客户保持良好的商业关系。
 Complete weekly entertainment weekly activities plan.
完成每周的款待和活动计划。
 Conduct sales campaign by direct sales call / visits/mailing fgroup FIT business, meeting banquets from all sources fbookings leads.
 对团队和商务散客通过电话销售、访问、邮寄开展销售活动。
Make sure all bookingders (banquet/meetings) are correctly instructed feffective communication between sales banquet operation.
确认所有的预定单（包括宴会与会议）被准确无误地在销售部与宴会之间进行沟通并生效。
 Ensure all incoming correspondence telephone enquiries are handled with efficiency great care to build up a pleasant working relationship.
保证对所有的来信和电话询问都进行有效的处理,建立一种令人愉快的工作关系。
 Keep clients advised of latest information regarding hotel’s development.
记录客户对于酒店发展的建议和*新的信息。
 Familiar with the operation application of the hotels computer / data processing system. Ensure the implementation utilization of in-house software especially the “sales catering”, use it efficiently maintain its application.
熟悉酒店电脑及数据系统的运作和应用程序。确定并保持对“销售及餐饮”等酒店电脑系统软件的有效运用。
 Keep well informed well coordination about the operations especially in essential departments (Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, Banquet etc.).
关注及配合好整个酒店尤其是主要运作部门对客服务（前厅部、客房部、餐饮部、宴会厅等）。
 Provide after-sales service in particular to ensure all guests complaints brought to management’s attention communicate with the respective departments if necessary fproper handling. Ensure that all complaints are reviewed, investigated follow-up action is initiated

 Closely observe matters pertaining to competition (situation, prices, services etc.) offered on a regular basis - daily give the updated feedback to Directof Sales.

 Promotes the hotel as often as possible through entertaining，conducting, site inspections, presentations etc. of the hotel.

 At all times, promote a positive image of the hotel in all forms of contact.
在随时随地对客发生的联系中提高酒店的正面形象。
 Develop & foster close positive rapport with the public, guests, clients members of the trade.

 Promote sell hotel to be the most popular meeting/banquet venue while concentrating on room sales, maximally utilize all the meeting/function rooms F&B sales achieve the highest revenue desired targeted.

 Organize submit weekly sales report to the DOS

 Ensure that all new clients have no negative credit references.

 Ensure that all commercial reporting fdepartment head is handled with efficiency accuracy, meet all dealings without excuse
确保所有提交给上司的商业报告都按要求快速准确完成。
