4. 对互联网技术充满热情，了解常见的RPC、MQ、缓存等技术，并在多个方向有较深入的研究；
5. 独立评审&发掘需求、编写文档、指导中低级别工程师、完成开发及CodeReview。能排查常见技术问题并有良好的方法总结；
6. 能结合行业特点及业务发展阶段，前瞻性的做出系统规划并推动落地；
7. 追求高质量的代码，有复杂系统重构及优化经验者优先，有优秀开源项目贡献者优先；
8. 良好的责任心，谦虚严谨，客观真实；
9. 有中台或者sass平台开发经验更佳；
