5.工艺材料及可靠性失效分析相关知识。
6.独立完成生产质量问题的持续改善工艺能力提升及工艺路标规划与落实。
7.掌握SMART相关知识和运用。
8.协助提升试制过程的良率至量产水平及以上。
9.掌握终端产品的组装工艺技术、ESD、IT、人员资质、返修及ORT等标准。
10.具备质量工程工具的培训能力，比如PFMEA、5WHY等。
2.岗位职责
1．根据生产计划及上级工作安排拟合理有效的工作计划。
2．对各项工作的完成状态及时进行输出汇报，对工作完成质量及及时率进行总结并改善，对异常状况进行处理与反馈。
3．根据生产计划及变动对工作计划进行适当并合理的调整与安排。
4．参与新产品试制，依研发和工艺要求，分析和提出新产品的风险改善控制点，并推动研发、工艺、来料质量改善。
5．协助工程师编制产品工艺规程，岗位操作法等技术性文件。
6．对违反工艺规程，岗位操作和工艺纪律的行为进行制止及处罚建议。
7．参与技术攻关活动，推广先进的技术，解决生产技术相关问题。
8．完成上级交办的其它任务。
