岗位职责：
1.负责人力团队管理及建设，打造专业、进取、团结、高效的部门团队。
2.负责人力资源系统的对接开发，确保各模块如期上线及迭代优化。
3.协助人力行政总监组织实施工厂的年度人力资源规划（包括人员编制、预算控制等），分析工厂人力资源状况，为优化组织架构、提升组织效能提供专业建议。
4.根据业务及生产需求，制定并执行高效的招聘方案，拓展多元化招聘渠道，优化招聘流程，确保生产线及职员招聘交付。
5.负责经理级以上职员面试，并牵头对关键岗位人才进行背景调查。
6.协助人力行政总监完善绩效管理体系，组织实施绩效考评，并将结果应用于员工改进、薪酬调整及职业发展。
7.负责完善薪酬体系，通过薪酬内外部分析确定薪酬激励方案，确保内部公平性和外部竞争力。
8.组织制定并实施年度培训计划，并推动实施落地。
任职要求：
1.全日制大学本科及以上学历，人力资源管理、工商管理、劳动与社会保障、电子、机械制造专业优先
2.8年以上人力资源管理经验，其中至少3年以上3C电子制造行业人力资源团队管理经验，熟悉生产型企业用工特点。
3.精通人力资源六大模块，熟悉国家及地方劳动法律法规。
4.具备出色的执行力和责任心，工作细致踏实，能适应工厂环境。
5.具备较强的沟通能力，能够有效与一线员工、中层管理及高层领导进行沟通。
