职位描述
1、核心客户端开发：负责基于 Avalonia UI 框架的 C/S 架构桌面客户端软件研发，支撑工业设备数据采集与控制可视化、数据分析与诊断等制造业数字化系统。
2、架构设计与优化：参与客户端架构选型与模块化设计，运用 MVVM 架构模式，确保代码高可维护性、高扩展性与跨平兼容能力。
3、高并发与性能调优：针对工业现场实时数据刷新、大表/海量数据渲染、高频 WebSocket 消息推送等场景进行多线程与UI性能优化，提升界面流畅度与响应速度。
4、系统集成与对接：配合后端团队与硬件/物联网团队，完成系统间接口对接，以及HART、FF、Modbus、FDT、DTM 等工业协议/设备数据展示层的集成。
5、体验升级与交付：负责复杂中后台/工业交互页面的 UI 自定义控件封装，打造现代化、流畅的工业级软件体验。

任职要求
1、计算机、自动化、软件工程相关专业，本科及以上学历，3 年以上 C#/.NET 桌面端开发经验，至少 1 年以上 Avalonia UI / WPF 框架项目实战经验。
2、了解NativeAOT技术，有Avalonia UI AOT项目开发经验。
3、精通电子通讯协议SDK封装，有PLC/下位机数据通讯开发经验。
4、精通 C# 语言与 .NET 8+ 生态，熟练掌握多线程（Task/Async/Await）、LINQ技术。
5、深入理解 MVVM 设计模式，具备 Avalonia/WPF 声明式 UI、XAML 样式自定义及组件封装能力。
6、熟练掌握 WebSocket、HTTP/RESTful、gRPC 等网络通讯协议；了解 HART / FF / Modbus 等工业物联网协议在客户端的应用者优先。
7、具有独立完成需求分析、产品设计、后端编码、测试、相关文档编写等相关工作能力。
8、具备良好的内存泄露排查、UI 卡顿分析及并发场景下的调试能力。
9、具有较强的分析能力和创新意识，善于发现问题并提出可行性解决方案。
10、有良好的团队合作精神和协调沟通能力。
