岗位职责
1. 参与公司IPD研发流程下的质量体系建设，负责各阶段评审（TR1–TR6）质量输入/输出的审核与监督；
2. 参与研发过程文件、流程、规范、执行、报告、原始记录及准出标准的制定与审核，确保质量体系在项目中的落地；
3. 负责项目问题单的跟踪与质量度量分析（数量、DI、DR ART），推动问题闭环及缺陷收敛；
4. 组织项目质量评审、过程检查与阶段总结，统计和评估研发项目的质量表现，并提出改进建议；
5. 参与PDT团队的跨部门协同，支持产品、开发、测试在问题复盘、准出评审及版本交付环节的质量把关；
6. 协助编制并更新《项目质量计划书》《质量准出Checklist》《问题闭环追踪表》等标准文档；
7. 定期输出项目质量分析报告，监控关键质量指标（DI趋势、关闭率、Beta问题清零率等）；
8. 参与质量培训与经验沉淀，推动典型问题复盘与机制优化；
9. 完成上级交办的其他临时性工作。
任职要求
1. 年龄要求：23–30岁；
2. 学历要求：本科及以上，计算机、电子信息、质量管理等理工类相关专业；
3. 经验要求：1–5年软件测试或研发质量相关经验；熟悉IPD流程、研发阶段评审机制及问题闭环管理；
4. 技能要求：
熟练使用缺陷管理系统（禅道/Jira等），具备基本测试和数据分析能力；
了解质量指标体系（DI、DR、关闭率、准出标准）；
能独立编制质量报告、流程文档及评审材料；
5. 能力要求：逻辑清晰、执行力强，具备跨部门协调、问题分析与推动能力；
6. 素质要求：具备良好的责任心与职业操守，抗压能力强，具备持续改进意识；
7. 加分项：有智能穿戴、IoT、嵌入式产品或IPD体系落地经验者优先。
