3、人才梯队建设，人员晋升管理，为总部人才盘点提供数据支持；
4、以远程或出差的形式支持分公司辖区内的各项人力资源管理工作；
5、领导交办的其他工作。
岗位要求：
1、统招本科及以上学历；
2、3年以上大中型企业从事HRBP工作，擅长营销团队BP工作，至少具备人力两个模块工作经验；
3、有营销体系HR系统架构能力，擅长招聘、绩效考核；
4、具有一定的业务理解能力、计划执行能力、沟通协调能力、文字表达能力及学习能力；
5、较高的职业素养、较强的责任心、心态平和、抗压能力强；
6、能够接受短期出差。
