1、供应商寻源与管理：通过市场调研、行业分析等渠道开发潜在供应商，建立供应商资源库。协同相关部门（研发、品控、财务等部门）对所管理供应商进行评估，对采购价格、质量、服务、供货及时性等方面进行综合评估；
2、降本工作：通过批量采购、供应商比价、长期协议等方式降低采购成本，设定成本控制目标并监控达成情况。分析采购成本构成，挖掘降本空间。根据账期，和供应商进行对账和付款提报；
3、质量与交付管理：负责采购订单的处理，跟踪供应商生产过程，确保到货质量符合要求。处理质量异常问题，推动供应商整改。监控供应商生产进度，协调物流运输，确保物料按计划交付，应对交付延迟等突发情况，制定应急方案。
4、采购风险管控与市场洞察：识别供应链潜在风险，制定应急预案，监控行业动态，提前调整采购策略以降低风险。收集行情物料波动及其对原料价格造成的影响；及时判断物料价格走势。
任职要求：
1. 大专以上学历，有5年以上采购相关工作经验；
2. 具备良好的沟通表达和协调能力；
3. 熟悉采购流程和供应链管理知识，了解市场行情；
4. 具备较强的谈判能力和商务风险意识；
5. 精通办公软件工具和ERP系统操作。
