1.业务系统设计与开发：作为核心开发成员，负责智慧交通相关业务平台的后端核心模块设计与开发。全栈能力贡献：不仅能完成后端Java服务开发，也能深入前端（Vue/React），主导或参与关键功能的前后端一体化实现，保障功能闭环与用户体验。

2.架构与演进：参与系统架构设计、技术选型与代码重构，提升系统在高并发、高可用、海量数据处理方面的能力，保障平台稳定高效。

3.复杂问题攻关：解决系统中的技术难题和性能瓶颈，如海量轨迹数据存储与实时计算、高并发接入与消息处理、分布式事务等。

4.技术引领与传承：编写高质量代码，制定开发规范，指导初中级工程师，分享技术经验，驱动团队共同成长。

任职资格：

1.计算机相关专业本科及以上学历，5年以上Java开发经验。

2.精通Java及生态：深入理解JVM、多线程、集合、网络编程，精通Spring Boot、Spring Cloud（或Dubbo）、MyBatis等主流框架。

3.精通数据库：熟练使用MySQL，具备优秀的SQL优化和数据库设计能力；熟悉至少一种NoSQL数据库（Redis、MongoDB等）

4.精通分布式技术：熟悉分布式缓存、消息列队（Kafka/RabbitMQ/RocketMQ）、搜索引擎（Elasticsearch）的应用与原理。

5.熟悉前端技术栈：熟练掌握HTML5、CSS3、JavaScript（ES6+），至少精通Vue.js或React.js其中一种主流框架及生态，具备复杂前端模块开发能力。

业务经验（硬性要求）：

1.具备智慧交通、地图导航等相关领域项目开发经验。熟悉至少一个交通领域的业务概念，例如：GIS地理信息处理、车辆轨迹分析、路径规划算法、FCD（浮动车数据）、GPS数据处理等。

2.综合能力：具备良好的系统设计能力，能产出清晰的设计文档。

优秀的逻辑思维能力、分析问题和解决问题的能力。强烈的责任心和团队协作精神，良好的沟通能力。
