1.5年以上系统研发经验，具备系统整体设计能力。

3.精通Java语言技术栈，有深入理解和应用能力。
4.熟悉分布式架构和微服务架构(如Spring Cloud)。
5.熟悉关系型数据库(MySQL、Oracle)的使用。
6.熟练如下几种中间件Nginx、Redis、ES、MQ、ZK、Kafka、activiti中的3种。
7.熟悉linux，nginx的常用命令，例如部署，启停命令，常用日志排查命令等。

任职要求
1.能够独立后端代码的研发工作，确保项目质量和进度；
2.对模块化设计和代码可复用性有深刻理解，注重代码的可读性和可维护性；
3.深入理解业务需求，能够基于业务痛点提出创新性的技术解决方案；
4.勇于挑战复杂问题，不断探索更优的技术方案和架构设计；
5.具备良好的学习能力和独立解决问题的能力。
全日制本科学历，自驱性强，能站在用户角度分析问题。
