工作职责
1. 负责PE/VC项目的全流程法律保障，包括参与尽职调查、设计交易结构、起草审阅投资协议，并协助完成投后管理及退出环节的法律风险控制；
2. 针对股权投资中的特殊条款进行风险研判，制定合规解决方案；
3. 参与基金设立的法律合规工作，包括基金合同（LPA）起草、备案支持，以及监管政策动态跟踪；
4. 建立基金"募投管退"各阶段的法律合规体系，确保符合证监会、基金业协会等监管规定；
5. 完善公司法务合规体系，规范公司内部流程，降低履约风险。
任职条件
1. 硕士及以上学历，法学专业背景（民商法、经济法、金融法方向优先）；
2. 必须持有法律职业资格证书（A证），通过CFA/FRM等金融认证者优先；
3. 10年以上PE/VC法务相关工作经验，其中3年以上合规相关工作经验;
4. 沟通能力强，善于团队协作，诚信正直、锐意进取、担当敢为。
