1.数据爬取与治理
设计高并发、分布式爬虫系统，突破反爬机制（如动态渲染、验证码、IP封禁等），保障数据稳定获取。
开发数据清洗、存储及自动化 pipeline，支持结构化/非结构化数据（文本、图像、视频）处理。
2.AI模型开发与优化
基于大模型，结合业务需求，实现数据标注、特征工程、模型评估全流程开发。
3.工程化落地
将AI模型封装为可扩展的API服务，优化推理性能（如模型量化、TensorRT加速）。
开发自动化监控系统，跟踪模型效果与数据质量波动。
4.跨团队协作
与后端研发、产品、运维团队协作，推动AI解决方案在业务场景中的落地。
5.技术指导
负责团队成员的技术指导。
任职要求：
1.技术能力
5年以上Python开发经验，精通Scrapy/Requests/Selenium等爬虫框架，熟悉逆向工程（如JS解密、App抓包）。
熟悉常用AI框架。
掌握数据库（MySQL/MongoDB/Elasticsearch）、消息队列（Kafka/RabbitMQ）
2.工程经验
有大规模数据爬取经验，能设计抗封禁策略（代理池、请求调度）。
熟悉模型部署工具（FastAPI/Flask、ONNX/Triton）。
3.加分项
掌握爬虫与AI结合场景（如舆情分析、智能爬虫）。
