1.参与建立完善质量管理体系、督促落实；参与质量体系的文件编写、管理质量管理体系文件、记录文件；
2.物料和产品放行管理：协助质量授权人，完成原料、辅料、包材以及成品的放行审核工作。
3.参与供应商审计，审查供应商资料，建立并管理供应商档案。执行内部GMP审计和现场检查，确保生产区域、设备和员工遵守所有适用的质量和安全标准。参与制定和实施纠正与预防措施，提高生产过程的合规性。
4.支持新产品转移和生产放大的质量监管工作。
5.遵守公司各项EHS规章制度；履行EHS相关法规责任，即时汇报EHS相关事故及隐患。
6.跨部门合作：与生产、QC、研发、临床等部门紧密合作，确保质量问题得到及时沟通和解决。
7.完成领导安排的其他工作。
任职资格：
1.本科及以上学历，药学、生物化学、制药工程、化学等相关专业；
2.3年以上药品或生物制药企业QA工作经验
3.良好的GMP知识，熟悉法规及质量体系管理、生产及工艺，人员管理，了解目前国内及国际制药行业的发展趋势；
4.外语程度：CET-4同等能力或以上，掌握工作职责相关的英文法规、指南及文件的阅读。
5.具有良好的表达沟通能力，学习能力和分析问题能力；
6.坚持工作原则、能够坚守质量信念、有强烈的质量观。负责、沉稳、诚实可信。
