Anhui Province Natural Gas Development Co., Ltd. (abbreviated as "Anhui Natural Gas") is a Sino-foreign joint venture controlled by Anhui Province Energy Group Co., Ltd. The company, formerly known as Anhui Province Natural Gas Development Co., Ltd., is a natural gas pipeline operator approved by the Anhui Provincial Government. In December 2012, it was wholly converted into a joint-stock company with a registered capital of 336 million RMB. In January 2017, it was listed on the main board of the Shanghai Stock Exchange with the stock code 603689.
