一、岗位职责
（一）监控库存存量，保证供需平衡
1、根据生产计划及完成计划的月、周、日生产进度监控库存存量，随时安排调整日计划并通知装配车间及外协单位，督导外协单位完成生产任务，发现未达计划时应积极协调并上报上级领导；
2、预知产品供应情况，提前向主管经理提交采购计划；
3、审核供应商入库单据中列出的采购物品的数量和型号是否与提交计划相符，审核无误通知质检部检验入库；
4、对于大宗订货单和定制产品，根据现有库存量和生产任务，拟定原材料采购计划提交主管经理；
5、对所分管的产品库存量负责，定期向分管经理提出安全库存建议。
（二）调度相关事务处理
1、进行到货材料入库与拼销、核销等库存管理；
2、负责记录原产品数量和金额，定期向部门经理提交产品采购月度货款结算表；
3、分类存档原始采购单据和订单合同，并将其主要内容录入电脑存档；
4、负责定期盘存外部加工单位的库存量，以便于全面掌握产品供应情况；定期盘存公司派发给加工单位的待加工物资、防伪商标、防伪合格证库存量；
5、为公司考查新增合作厂家生产经营能力或部门制度流程建设提供专业知识支持，建议提供主要包括通过对新增合作厂家的库存结构的合理性来判断其管理能力和经营能力，通过对自身业务的高标准要求，为部门优化制度流程提出建议；
6、负责每月统计填写供应商的供货率，服务等报表；
7、结算外协的生产加工费用，将相关单据转移至财务部进行结款；
8、核对、调整产品出入库帐目；
9、零星采购。
二、任职要求：
1、本科及以上学历；
2、2年及以上采购经验；
3、工作细致、有较好的耐心；
