2. 全流程设计执行：负责重要系统界面、功能框架、HUD等UI设计与优化，保证设计方案在游戏中的落地效果，确保UI的*终呈现，并实现产品在多端体验的一致性；
3. 规范制定及体验优化：能够制定UI规范，优化用户交互体验，从视觉角度提出操作性、动效等改进建议，配合主美完善UI整体体验框架；
4. 跨团队协作：与策划、程序团队紧密对接，整理设计需求，推动设计方案高效落地；
5. 能够关注全球同类产品的界面设计趋势和交互体验，项目推进中提出可行性的创新UI设计方案。

任职要求：
1.具备5年以上游戏UI设计经验，熟悉欧卡风格设计，具备成熟的视觉统筹与落地能力，具备至少1款项目从0到1完整上线的制作经验（有SLG项目经验优先）；
2.熟悉unity，负责验收*终落地效果；
3.本科及以上学历，艺术、设计相关专业，具备扎实的美术功底与手绘能力；
4.具备AI使用经验，能结合技术提升UI质量和效率；
5.优秀的审美能力与创意能力，对欧美卡通风格有深刻理解，能不断学习把握流行设计趋势；
6.强沟通能力与团队协作精神，能清晰阐述设计思路，推动需求落地。
