岗位职责概述：
1、负责Web应用后端服务的设计、开发与维护，基于Django、flask等框架构建高可用、高性能的业务系统。
2、设计合理的数据库结构，优化SQL查询，保障数据存储与访问效率。
3、负责服务的容器化改造与部署，编写Dockerfile、k8s相关配置，配合DevOps团队实现CI/CD流程。
4、参与系统架构设计与技术方案评审，编写技术文档，包括接口文档、设计文档及部署文档。
5、负责线上问题排查与修复，持续改进系统稳定性与用户体验。

任职要求：
1、本科及以上学历，计算机相关专业，3年以上Python后端开发经验。
2、精通Python编程语言，熟练掌握Django、flask等框架。
3、熟悉NumPy、Pandas等数据处理库，有数据建模或分析相关经验者优先。
4、掌握关系型数据库（MySQL/PostgreSQL）设计与优化，熟悉SQL语句编写。
5、具备容器化技术实践经验，熟悉Docker容器编排及Kubernetes基本操作。
6、熟悉Web开发相关技术栈：RESTful API设计、Redis缓存、消息队列、异步处理等，有大型 Web 应用或高并发系统开发经验者优先
