3.架构治理：制定产研中心统一的 Python 技术标准与规范，评估并攻坚跨境电商业务中的技术难题。
4.性能与云保障：负责公司云资源的统一调优与监控，确保 AI 引擎及中间件在高压力下的系统稳定性。
任职要求：
1.技术深度：本科及以上学历，5 年以上 Python 开发经验，精通 FastAPI 或 Django 框架，对其核心原理及异步编程（Asyncio）有深入理解。
2.架构能力：具备大规模分布式系统设计经验，熟悉微服务架构、领域驱动设计（DDD），并能熟练应用 MySQL、PostgreSQL 或 MongoDB。
3.AI 背景：熟悉大语言模型（LLM）的工程化应用，有 RAG、Agent 调度或向量数据库使用经验者优先。
4.工程基建：精通 CI/CD 流程，熟练使用 Docker、K8s 进行容器化部署，具备优秀的系统性能监控与调优能力。
5.业务理解：有跨境电商（ERP/WMS）或 SaaS 系统开发背景，能够快速理解业务痛点并转化为技术方案。
6.职业素养：具备极强的责任心和结果导向意识，能在高压力环境下提供确定性的产出
