岗位职责：
1.负责基于Java技术栈的后端系统、业务服务与接口的设计、开发与维护；
2.根据产品需求完成业务逻辑拆分、数据模型设计及接口定义；
3.参与核心业务模块的设计与实现，保障系统的稳定性、可扩展性和可维护性；
4.负责数据库表结构设计、SQL编写及性能优化；
5.合理使用缓存、消息队列等中间件，提升系统性能与吞吐能力；
6.编写高质量、规范、易维护的代码，并参与Code Review；
7.负责线上问题排查、故障定位与修复，保障系统稳定运行；
8.与产品、前端、测试等角色紧密协作，推动项目高质量交付。
任职资格：
1.大专学历及以上，计算机、金融工程、金融类等相关专业优先考虑；
2.优先1-3年工作经验，优秀应届生/实习生亦可考虑；
3.精通Java基础，熟练掌握面向对象编程；对Python有了解的优先；
4.熟悉常用的设计模式、多线程、IO等，且能灵活运用到开发中；
5.熟练掌握Spring，Spring Boot，Spring Cloud，MyBatis等流行开源框架的使用，深入了解其原理和实现机制；
6.具有一定的基于数据库、消息中间件、缓存、分布式存储开发高性能、高可用分布式应用系统的实践经验；
7.熟悉MySQL、Redis等常用技术框架的基本原理和实际应用；
8.熟练使用Maven、Git等开发工具；熟悉Linux基本命令和Docker容器；
9.具备良好的逻辑思维能力、沟通能力和团队协作精神。
