岗位职责
1. 基于主流⼤模型 API 开发聊天对话、多轮会话等核⼼功能
2. 搭建 RAG 知识库系统（⽂档解析、Embedding、向量检索、召回排序）
3. 设计实现 Agent 记忆机制（短期/⻓期记忆、对话历史管理）
4. 搭建向量数据库（Milvus / Chroma / Weaviate）及数据存储⽅案
5. 设计多 Agent 协作⼯作流，落地可交付的⼤模型产品功能
6. 负责多源异构数据的采集、清洗、转换与存储（结构化 / ⾮结构化 / 半结构化数据）
7. 结合⼤模型能⼒进⾏数据分析，提取业务洞察，输出分析报告
8. 构建数据处理 Pipeline，⽀撑⼤模型训练数据准备、知识库更新及模型评估
任职要求
“技术过硬是核⼼⻔槛”
1. 统招本科及以上，计算机 / 软件 / AI 相关专业优先
2. Python 扎实，3 年以上实际项⽬经验，⼯程化意识强
3. 熟练使⽤ LangChain、LlamaIndex、AutoGen 等框架之⼀，有真实落地经验
4. 有完整 RAG 系统开发经验：⽂档切⽚、Embedding 选型、向量检索调优
5. 掌握 Agent 机制：Function Calling、Tool Use、多 Agent 协作、Prompt ⼯程
6. 了解记忆管理⽅案（Mem0 / MemoryGPT / ⾃定义策略）
7. 有向量数据库实际使⽤经验（Milvus、Chroma、Pinecone 等）
8.但必须全程亲⾃写代码，不接受纯管理 / 外包转包
