3、质量控制与数据保障：严格执行仪器的校准、期间核查及质量控制流程，确保数据的准确性、可追溯性和可靠性；
4、标准化与培训：制定并更新设备操作及维护的标准作业程序（SOP），根据需求对人员进行相关培训；
5、实验室管理与安全：全面负责XPS及其配套制样实验室的日常使用管理、环境维护与安全监督，确保实验室运作符合规范

岗位要求：
1、化学、物理、材料科学或相关专业，硕士或以上学历；
2、3年以上XPS独立操作与分析经验。熟悉岛津XPS设备（如AXIS Supra+型号）或有新能源材料分析经验者优先；
3、专业能力：精通XPS原理及数据分析方法，能够独立解决复杂的技术问题，具备深度挖掘谱图信息的能力
