一、岗位描述：
1. 负责公司化学研发实验室的EHS管理，制定和完善EHS制度和程序，并确保落地，符合相关法律法规及行业要求；
2. 识别、评估及控制实验室业务所涉及的EHS风险，开展实验室EHS隐患排查工作，协同各部门解决隐患并跟进闭环；
3. 负责实验室化学品全生命周期管理、易制毒易制爆化学品采购备案与系统维护、危废收集暂存转运、化学品EHS评审及文件归档；
4. 宣贯EHS要求，监督和指导员工执行EHS规定，提高员工的安全意识和操作技能；
5. 定期组织EHS培训和演练，提高员工应急处理能力；
6. 处理EHS相关的投诉和事故调查，确保公正公平；
7. 对接政府监管部门，确保实验室的合规运行；
8. 参与新项目的风险评估和ehs审核，确保项目符合EHS标准；
9. 完成上级领导交代的其他工作；
二、任职要求：
1. 具备化学、药学或相关专业大专及以上学历；
2. 3年以上化学实验室EHS管理经验，熟悉医药化学品的EHS法规和标准；
3. 具备良好的沟通协调能力和团队合作精神，具备良好的责任心和职业操守，能独立开展EHS管理工作；
4. 具备较强的数据分析和报告撰写能力，独立撰写EHS相关政策、文件；
