岗位职责：
1、主导NGSOC、SIEM等网络安全产品的技术方案设计，制定Java技术栈（Spring Cloud/Spring Boot）与大数据组件（Hadoop/Spark/Flink）的集成架构；
2、项目管理与交付：制定迭代计划并拆分任务，使用Jira/禅道管理10人以上团队开发进度，确保关键节点交付达成；
3、客户需求对接：管理客户期望，针对客户定制化需求（如私有协议解析、特殊场景检测规则）设计技术实施方案
岗位要求：
1、5年以上Java开发经验，3年以上网络安全产品研发背景，至少1年10人以上团队管理经验；技术栈：核心框架：精通Spring Cloud微服务架构，掌握Netty高并发网络编程；
2、熟练掌握Spark、Flink、HIVE、ES、Kafka、ClickHouse等大数据相关组件；
3、具备完整的项目管理经验，熟练使用WBS/RACI矩阵等管理工具，优秀的跨部门协作能力，曾主导过3个以上跨团队协作项目；；
4、熟练掌握java、go等至少一门语言有丰富实践经历，熟悉SQL、HQL、有SQL优化经验，大数据性能调优经验者优先；
