任职资格
熟悉保险系统经验者优先。
1.java、python基础扎实，熟悉jvm性能调优、线程处理、设计模式、熟悉java编码规范;
2.熟悉spring boot, spring cloud, mybatisplus等主流开源应用框架，精通spring的原理，熟读spring相关组件源码;
3.熟悉mysql、redis、消息队列等;
4.熟悉linux、docker具备线上问题排查能力;
5.熟悉RAG架构，有AI企业级项目落地经验者优先。
