岗位职责要求
1.负责数据治理、数据资产运营等数据类的产品规划与设计，制定产品愿景、发展路线图及迭代计划。
2.深入电力业务场景（如设备监测、负荷预测、经营分析、综合能源服务等），挖掘数据需求，设计符合电力行业特点的数据类相关产品。
3.主导数据类产品的功能设计与演进，涵盖数据标准、质量、安全、生命周期管理、数据治理、数据资产运营等模块，提升企业数据资产化水平。
4.协同业务、技术团队，推动数据相关产品的开发、测试与上线，确保产品顺利交付并持续优化。
5.支持重点项目售前与解决方案落地，参与需求调研、技术交流、方案编写与产品演示，展现数据中台业务价值。
6.设计数据服务化、产品化场景，推动数据资产在业务中的创新应用，构建可复用的数据能力体系。
任职详细要求
1.大数据、计算机、统计学、管理科学或相关专业，*学历为本科及以上学历，985高校、211高校本科及以上学历优先。
2.工作年限5年（含）以上，具备数字化企业、能源行业或国有企业等相关企业3年以上工作经历。
对于特别优秀或公司紧缺的特殊人才，上述基本条件可适当放宽
3.具备数据中台、数据治理平台、数据资产运营等数据产品从0到1的规划与设计经验。
4.至少全程参与过3个以上电力数据类项目（如数据中台、数据治理平台、数据资产运营、BI系统等），熟悉电力数据特点与业务场景。
5.熟悉数据中台架构、数据治理方法论及相关技术栈，具备较强的产品设计、需求分析与文档编写能力。
6.具备良好的业务理解能力和数据思维，能有效衔接业务需求与数据实现路径。
7.具备较强的沟通协调和项目推动能力，能与开发、业务、合作伙伴等多方协作。
8.有电力设计院、科研机构、电力央国企或头部电力IT企业数据产品相关经验者优先。
